A fun journey with you through your tea-tasting adventure! Alas, I think everything on the list has flavor in it of some kind, which I almost always react to. :( I used to enjoy the Harney & Sons Christmas teas back when Borders carried it as a seasonal special.
But even though I don't think I can try the teas you reviewed here, I was reminded of how much I love cardamom (especially throwing a few pods in the water when cooking rice!). I'll have to grab some the next time I'm at the local co-op...maybe along with a few cinnamon sticks to create my own tea blend!
