Walk 14 – a Walk in 'Nature'

Darn that nature is goo....oood for the body and soul!

Look at all that nature! Smell all that nature! The salty sea, the wooded air, the equipment cleaning chemicals – take in a DEEEEEEEPP breath – HOLD IT – Release! My body feels infused with all this natural nature!

With reverence, I view the evidence of the grandeur of God’s firmament in this nature. Clomp-clomp-clomp pound my feet in? on? this rubbery-metaly machiney nature.

Whew, nature changes swiftly here. Woods followed by a walk to the beach, then a steep incline up to a beautiful vista.

This walk does wonders for my body. I approach these steep stairs. Usually, I would be huffing and puffing and panting and doubled over the whole way up. But look Ma! I’m taking these like a superhero! I reach the top with nary a deep breath. That magical mountain air! The caress of wind on my cheek, chilled to a consistent 68 degrees. I’ve arrived! I came all this way for this! For the moment!

Ah! The joys and wonders of nature!
